I just got my first set of IEM's for riding and portable listening, they are the Shure SE215. I'm loving them so far but a few of the foam tips that came with the headphones are squashed. Is there a way to straighten them out?

Comply foam tips are self-reforming. If they were squashed inside the little packaging bag, leaving them out for a while should regain their normal shape. Did you find this was the case?

Try warming them a bit.  Nothing real hot, just warm.  Not sure where you're located, but if you could leave them in a place warmed by the sun (not around here, we're about 20 degrees F at best everyday), that might do it.  Or sitting them near (but not touching!) a light bulb might. If they arrived crushed in the packaging, they've probably been in that state for some time, and they may not come back.   If they get deformed too badly, they don't bounce back.  If they don't come around, I would either return the IEM's  or make a complaint to Shure to have them replace them for you.  Shure is pretty good about customer service, they likely will take care of you without needing a return (as long as you bought from an authorized seller).

I did just try heating them up to no avail, and I will try to wash them in soapy water. Seems as if I will be contacting Shure soon. I'll post the results either way.
