bought it few days a ago from a head-fier.


but just today, the right channel went blank and no sound comes out of it...

I don't know if Jaben has a good warrenty service, but I'm not sure they'd take it when bought from another head-fier.

Any suggestions?

They do actually. Just email david@jaben.net. He'll probably ask you to mail it back to him, but it's just a couple of bucks. You don't have to package it well anyways since it's broken, and all you have to send is the buds which is really light.

P.S: do I need to send in the X3's to Jaben and wait for it to come back? that'd take a longg time.. and Ineed something really quick as i'm going away soon (2 1/2 weeks).............

maybe you can send the broken ones to jaben, show them the post office receipt, and beg them to send you a new pair before they receive the broken ones?
i dont know but they seem like people nice enough to do so =)
