I do all three. If I had to pick one I would say Ankle/Shin that is my natural pose when I'm listening to a speaker or waiting in a chair.

I do all three, thought the full cross not as much as other. Unless I am in band class. I play alto sax and I usually cross my ankles undeth my chair with my knees apart

I cross my feet sometimes when I'm sitting, or wrap them around the chair legs. Whenever there's room I do the full pretzel-Budda-Indian cross-legged thing.

Yea, I mostly cross my legs in a way that the foot is on the other knee. That's the "manly" way to cross if you do cross.
