Creative Zen power output (mw) at 16ohms?

Anyone know what is the mW per channel at 16 ohms for the creative zen and iPods. I got some fullsize headphones that needed to be driven and also in the market for a new portable player! More useful than an amp.

The iRiver LPlayer / SPINN are rated at 17mW per channel
While the Cowon D2 is at 37mW per channel.
