I've had my 1GB Creative for 2 or 3 years now and it's starting to act up. So I figure it's the time to get a new one. Which would you recommend with the following properties?

- Must have built-in USB and must work on W2k and XP without any drivers or software
- Must work with rechargable AA or AAA batteries
- Smallish physical size, relatively durable
- Flash-based, atleast 4 GB
- Reasonable sound quality, must have the juice to run decently small portable phones like Porta Pros or HD25-1s
- Should be available in/to Europe

Properties _not_ important at the moment:

- Video playback
- FM radio
