You're not really using these as your "home rig" are you? And if you are, why are you now asking if they're good and if you should buy one?

If you want to be able to hear music without wearing headphones while you're on the road, go ahead, but your E2cs will blow these out of the water. If you want to be able to hear other things while listening to music, buy a pair of open phones, like the Grado SR60s.

If you're just looking for something to buy because you have a gift certificate, buy something else. These will not serve you well.

Edit: I just noticed you're signature says "soon." DO NOT use the Creative TravelSound 200 for your "home rig." These are NOT speakers. They're a device that allows you to hear "music" in a small package. They sound like crap. I've heard them. Just don't use them.

How about these? Harmon / JBL on tour speakers?

Anyone listened to them?

Amazon reviews seem to like them better than the Travelsounds which were the reigning champs before these came out for under $100 and small.
