I have Creative Aurvana Live 2 with the headband adjusting plastic cracking. I want to put something on it to fix and prevent any more cracking. This happening on both sides.

I see the image now. It looks like the same problem I had with my $20 Sony headphones. Super glue never helped and I ended up throwing the headphones away once I heard the AKG K240.

In this case, I think it would be best to give the headband some sort of brace to prevent it from flexing as much as possible. Maybe you could wrap it tightly with tape and then cover it with a larger headband cover.

Plastic welding may also be an option, but I have no experience with it. It might be possible with a soldering iron though (check youtube videos first).
