I've got an AD8620 on a modded Emu 0404
so to bias an AD8620 with 2 CRDs

I put one CRD connecting pin 1 to pin 4, and another CRD connecting 7 to pin 4?

I don't have a technical background, so pardon me if it sounds way newbish!

1mA seems to be most popular, but you can experiment a bit and see what you think. 2mA won't hurt anything - let your ear be your guide.
