a few years ago, i had asked a craftsmlan whom work I had had a glimpse at on the net, to make a secific tube lamp for my hd 800. the result was really great for the sound, and I liked the look of it. I talked about that on head fi, I cannot find the thread. I was asked details about thsi amp and couldn't give any, I had no new of the builder. that is why I open a new one, cause there are news about that very efficient guy, Elyes. With whom I got in touch again lately. I advised him to join head fi, and I guess he will. awaiting for that, and waiting for any question, I will post here an few photos of his work. I really find it amazing. These are prototype amps, for headphones but for loudspeakers too. He is inventing a new system that allows to have a crazy power out of a tube amp... I cannot remeber how many watt, but that is unexpectable from a tube amp.
