Hi,
Currently I am using GoVibe PortaTube+ that is connected to my computer via USB.
There is a problem recently..
When I don't play any music (i.e no sounds), when I turned the volume knob, there is crackle sound produced.
Is this normal?
 
I don't face this problem if I play some music..

Hello ICEEDELWEISS do you mean the sound like ocean when you saying crackle? Or do you meaning static crackle sound? GoVibe PORTA TUBE+ has almost no noise at all and if you hear it then it could be problem in ground loop in your computer. That isnt the problem of the PORTA TUBE+. The sound go away after when you play music through the PORTA TUBE+?

Static crackle I think.. yes, it has no noise.. but if you turn the knob up, it produces crackles.. and yes the sound go away after I play some music..
