Does anyone have any recommendations for a program that monitors fans, temperatures, and voltages of my motherboard without using too many resources? I used to use motherboard monitor but I see its getting a little dated. I just moved my computer into an enclosed space and want to keep an eye on the temperatures.

I use notebook hardware control, which is a pretty nice program. It's obviously for laptops, but I bet it would work with a desktop.

I 3rd Speedfan. I use it to regulate my CPU fan speed. Its quite a handy app especially if you're trying to keep your systen cool and quiet. What type of motherboard and cpu are your trying to monitor? If you have an Asus MB, it comes with its own software and I'm sure others as well.
