When my friend got his X9, he turned it on and put a few songs on it and was listening to music with it then it crashed.
He tried to connect it to his windows 7 computer and it wasn't recognized. He also tried Jolicloud (linux distro) and Ubuntu to no success.
Is it bricked and if so how should he proceed?
