I have recently purchased a Cowon x9 however the internal memory says it only has 2.9 gb instead of 16gb this is annoying as whenever i try to place music on it it i get a pop-up saying its full. Has anyone else had this problem or know why its happens.
 
P.s. I have all the latest firmware and what not, also i have a 64gb sandisk in it it has music on it but for some reason says that the storage limit is 30gb.

64gb sd cards are exFat.the X9 can only read Fat32 cards they only go up to 32gb
So you need to format 64gb card to Fat32
the progamme I used to  format are
Fat32Formatter or
SDFormatter
Important is to use an external card reader dont try to formatt the card when it is
in the X9 and connected to computer
