I have a Cowon Q5W which is a great little pmp allbeit a bit expensive. I recently tried to take the digital output into my Emu 0404usb but found it wouldn't lockon to the digital input (as it was being used on its own ie. not connected to a computer it had locked at 44.1khz from my earlier use) I have since discovered from taking the Cowon digital output into a Behringer SRC (by the way an excellent little device which is also good as a headphone driver) that the output is 48khz from the Cowon even though the flac file being played is a 44.1 khz file which suggests it upsamples the output. Is this common to Cowon players and is it possible to change it in the software?
