I have moved a bit and recently unboxed my Plenue D. I want to install the latest 2018 v1.20 firmware but the unit will not go into USB Connection Mode when usb cable is connected between it and computer. I have tried three computers and 4 cables. No luck. Vol +/- Hold to did not help. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Murphy's law has struck. After posting, I read about an owner letting Plenue D sit on USB connection for awhile then unit finally connected so I decided to try that. So I grabbed a different cable and boom it connected. Very finicky piece of kit.
