Hi everyone!
At the moment I'm owing a Cowon J3. I'm planning to buy Beyerdynamic DT880 headphones soon.
I read a lot about the ones with 600 ohms and heard that they were the best. 250 ohms seem to be fine, too, but it looks like the ones with 600 ohms are better.
I'm wondering whether I will need an amp for my Cowon J3 for the 250 ohms or for the 600 ohms variant (I'm very sure I will need one for 600 ohms).
And if I need one, which one do you recommend? It shouldn't be too expensive but it also shouldn't distort the sound in any way if possible.
It's fine if it is a full-size amp but a portable amp would be fine, too (it is all about the price).
Or should I take the DT880 variant with just 32 Ohm? I'm worried that they are a lot worse than the other ones.
