Not a COVID project but I just built a DIY guitar compression pedal from the BYOC company that sells guitar pedal parts in kit form.

In layman’s terms, a guitar compressor basically refines the sound giving it a smoother quality in a way.

My covid project is to find a boyfriend). So far - no luck, maybe one night friend is not the best app to look for one? But honestly, where do people meet during the lockdown. If you go to hang out with the friends - you are "irresponsible and are speeding the virus". Don't know how is that for other people, but I had enough of this virus.

I've realised during COVID that making cables is super easy, affordable, and actually kinda enjoyable. I've treated my HD600's to a new balanced braided cable using Mogami quad mic cable, paracord and a Neutrik XLR plug.
