One more question. What I should do about the ground plane?

Are you planing on using a ground plane? The layout does not look like it would be friendly to a ground plane...
 
You can reduce the size of the trace to the pin size close to the pin.

Can I just add polygon at both side just to make the board looks nice or it is a bad idea?

The ground plane will be all broken up and not of much use.
You have to plan for the use of a ground plane from the start.
A ground plane is not really needed in your design.
