I currently have a pair of cheap JVC marshmallows but they finally broke. They were really comfortable to me. I listen to all types of music. Any suggestions on a cheap pair to replace them but maybe upgrade a little will be appreciated.

If you want the bass sound signiature then go for the Marley People Get Ready IEMs, For more analytic listening get some Yamahas or even cheaper get Ear Banger headphones, those have great Dubstep sound and stuff, Thats about as much as I can advise.

Personally i would recommend the soundmagic e10's. They are cheap, but have the best bang for your buck. And if you really like foam tips you still have enough left over to invest in some comply foam tips. I just got some for my soundmagic e10's. The e10's are terrible at isolating and thats why i purchased the comply tips. However, if isolation isn't an issue the silicon tips it comes with are just fine! The e10's sound has bass in it, but its not too much at all. maybe a bit too much for my taste, well that is unless its dubstep. But other than dubstep i like neutral. But yea, they are great. Hope this helps!

I'm not knowledgeable at all in IEM's really but I've done a lot of research and keeping durability, sound quality, and price as my top 3 priority's, I narrowed it down to these 3:

Astrotec AM-90 ($44)
Sony MH1C ($30)
VSonic GR02 Bass Edition ($36)

Again, I have no first hand experience with any of these but regarding general consensus around here and extensive research done by others, I'd say these are some of the best IEM's under $50.
