i'm planning to get a dac/amp combo and i heard the predator/pico can provide enough juice for the hd600 for an "enjoyable" listening experience.

The only problem is that the price is kinda a steep and I was wondering if the corda2move can step up to the job at a more reasonable price. I've read threads about the corda2move but i only see people using lower impedance phones like dt770 and ms1 on it...

I will be using the ipod classic lineout/ laptop for the dac/amp combo

Meier implies the amp should be okay for what you want.

The HeadRoom Total Bithead is not as pretty, but is only half the price, and drives even HD650 okay -- HeadRoom even sells this amp in a package deal that includes the HD650, so they are staking their reputation on the SQ of the combo.
Something to consider.

EDIT: The big thread for the 2move, shows that somebody is using DT880 with this amp, and they say it sounds great -- the 880 is harder to drive than the HD Senns, so the amp should be just fine with them.

The 2move in high output mode drives the HD600 extremely well.

You need to spend much more and get an amp which is MUCH less portable than the 2move (e.g. LISA III) to improve on it.

Highly recommended.
