Has anyone tried the Corda Opera with Ubuntu? I ask only because I know the Aria has been stated to work flawlessly with Ubuntu (in that there is no installation or special configuration required) and I'm seriously considering the Opera for my Ubuntu box.

If you plan using the USB interface, the USB portion uses the same chip as the Aria, so it should work just as easily as Aria.

I was thinking the same thing. I just want to be sure.

what alsa module does the aria use? if nothing else, if you have the aria plugged in and working on your box, then do: sudo lsmod | grep snd ..and post the list here
