I'm assuming that the SR-71A has a better amp section than the Predator, but how big is this difference?

Is it suitable or is it a really big difference that makes the SR-71A a much better option for me if I'll mainly use it as an AMP only?

OK guys, thanks for all your inputs and hlep. I just placed an order and have sent the payment to Ray Samuels for a black SR-71A.

Since I already own a very good DAC/AMP combo - the Corda 2Move, which is very neutral - I decided to go for a great amp only that could give me a different musical flavour. I hope it can get my ears happy, because my wallet certainly isn't

Ray posted that he was out of black cases. Unless one was returned, I would call him to discuss what is left in stock & available.

Well, he didn't mentioned that in his e-mails even though I made myself clear that I wanted a black case.
