I got this extremely bad lag on the audio when I render this XVID movie, from my backup try out, to a quicktime MOV file. I tried changing frame rate, sound quality, no change at all. I used the After Effects 7, in Windows XP BTW.

Anyone could help? Which option should I changed? Or maybe I'm using the wrong software? Quicktime in Macs would easily do this, but not quicktime in PCs unfortunately.

Help.. Deadline in 48 hours.

Have you tried QT Pro for PCs? I have seen this behavior in a couple of transcoding programs, like MS Media Encoder. These days I pretty much only use Nero Recode (and other Nero products and DVD Decrypter), QT Pro and PQ DVD.

I did. But it won't even play the video file. Blank screen and weird audio.

Are you using QT Pro for PC? Does Nero Recode, and PQ DVD can convert xvid to QT mov file with the highest quality? What's PQ DVD, anyway?
