I think this uses the 1794 chip. About $3k as reported from the CES show. Should be a fine sounding player if it follows the basic philosophy of their other players.

If it performes like it looks.....it's a winner. Their products seems to be nice units with good reviews. Any previous experiences with them?

It looks very nice, but I really wish the top was also made of wood, or at least had a wood cover or something. I just like that natural look that wood gives.
