Hey all,
 
Wondering if you know of any DACs (I think that's correct use of the item) for consoles that don't have as good of advertising. Everyone talks about Astros as #1. I believe a big part of this has to do with all their advertising you continually hear. So, have any of you come across something of better quality that doesn't quite have as big of a name behind it yet?

Apart from the Astros, Turtle Beach, Tritton and Creative Recon 3D there are wery few companies that make console compatible dacs and offer the same functionality as the previously mentioned (virtual surround, mic support, voice chat mixing)

Won't work with consoles, It's USB device it only has optical output not optical input
