Hi I'm looking for a connector to use with my Willsenton R8 tube amp and some of my headphones.

If anyone knows where can I find one I will appreciate.

iirc using tube amps to drive headphones from the taps can seriously damage the amp. You might want to research it before buying a tap cable.

To answer your question, I would ask in the DIY section. Many members make their own cables. Perhaps a member will make one for you.
