Hey,
I currently own an Imac(Latest Model), senn's hd 598, Schiit Vali (Headphone amp) and Schiit Modi (DAC). I mainly hear my music from my itunes library from this setup. Like so, i want to add to my setup a pair of speakers (JBL LSR305). These are studio monitors, so i'm going to connect them to my computer through a balanced connection (XLR-1/4"), so my question is:
 
How can i connect these speakers to my computer, in a way i hear the same thing on the headphones and on the speakers? 
 
the thing is that if i buy an audio interface and i connect it to my computer i have to route the output signal every time i want to use either the headphone setup or the speakers, and i want to have a single setup.

I'm guessing you would need an analog switch box.
Connect the Modi's output to the input on the switchbox.
Then plug both the Vali and JBLs into separate outputs on the switch box.
Something like this would do the job, $18.
