My Note 10 doesn't have a 3.5mm jack, so am wondering how I connect my Note to my Chord Mojo? Do I just need a USB-C to Micro USB Cable like this:

Yes, a Type-C to microUSB cable will work, but you probably want something shorter (and perhaps right or left--angled). You can find some on eBay, around 10cm or so. Do note that Mojo can pick up cellular interference from smartphone though.

There are also pretty decent 'pig-tail' style adapters as well. I have been using the Audirect hiliDAC Atom Pro myself for the last few weeks and quite happy with it. It is not Mojo but still way ahead of the stock adapter I got for my Xperia 5.
