That xiaomi piston link looks extremely suspicious. It seems like they 're selling fakes.

Go ahead and buy Xiaomi Piston. WSRetail from Flipkart is official Indian reseller of all Mi Products and there is no way you'll get a fake. Also, it is the latest version i.e piston v2.1 ( I bought too from the same)

I don't really think any IEM would come close to Piston in price over performance. Just go ahead and buy. Its a bang-for-the-buck IEM. You're getting it in 13$ which is like 12+$ less than worldwide price & literally no IEM in 13$ can really come any close to piston

You can refer to ljokerl review of piston in case you still aren't convinced :

PS: These aren't fully bassy, they have the right amount of bass with good control & extension particularly mid-bass is solid.

It is piston v2.1. It initially was out at 1000rs(17$) later price dropped to 800Rs(13$). Now its a steal at that price. Usually piston used to get OOS in literally minutes before, this time WSRetail managed to import in whole sale lots & Xiaomi is particularly focused on Indian market and hence that much cheaper price

The website description says its piston v2 not 2.1

Yes, its wrong. Flipkart first wasn't sure it is even 2.0 or not. After so many concerns, they updated it as 2.0. Though Xiaomi is only manufacturing v2.1's, so no worries you'll get 2.1 only

It is for $13 in countries that have official distributors of the Piston. It gets to the $20 range when we buy from re-sellers here in North America. Maybe more if we're shipping.
