Conditions Influencing Listening?

Ten years ago I was diagnosed as Multiple Sclerosis and now I can't move around as agile I was 10 years before. So I left all the mobile stuff, save my MBA, behind. Therefore my listening rig does mainly consists of "desktop equipment" (amp, dac and open headphone)
 
What are your experiences regarding your conditions?
