Looking for a computer USB bluetooth device/transmitter that’s aptxHD capable. My HiFiMan Deva is capable of receiving, but have looked for devices to no avail. Any help or recommendations is greatly appreciated.

Check out Fiio M7, it can be had for $100 usd nowadays. It has a good BT chip.

It can feed aptx-hd receivers while in USB dac mode. I use it with my Xelento Wireless and Amiron Wireless which are both aptx-hd.
