You know like Left to Right balance?

Anyway I want to find a program with more balance steps than Winamp, one of my ears likes a tiny bit more volume.
I've tried MediaMonkey, Winamp

How is Foobar?
Anything else?

I know Vista has it and I think SP3 or an update recently gave XP the ability to control the Left/Right a lot better than before
