hey, i just got the cyclone PR1 Pro, but none of its supplied eartips are that comfortable... they all itch like crazy and sometimes make my head hurt, and do not do a very good job of blocking outside noise. what comply version fits them best? the comply website does not have an option for them.

many thanks!

If they're your first IEMs give the silicone tips some time. All tips are itchy/uncomfortable at first...

But yeah, the T400 is the right size.

Dunk your tips in some hydrogen peroxide normal brown bottle kind from the drugstore. Let sit 10 minutes or so. Then rinse in clean water, then let air dry. That might make it more comfortable, if nothing else then it did disinfect it. Try again.

just hard to listen to because every 20-30 minutes i have to pull them out and scratch my ear. i switched to the bi-flanges which has helped with the pain but still itch...alot... ill try the H202 thing though

Oops, I was talking about cleaning the T400s, not silicone. If you are giving the silicones a H202 bath to soften them (or somehow remove the itch factor), then by all means rinse them with water.

I didn't really like the pr1 pro silicone tips either. They itched for me so I just used another set of silicone tips. The comply t400 fits fine on it though.
