So I plan on buying some T-400 foam tips for my Head direct Re0 but I don't know what size to get. My size from the stock are the large biflanges. They fit me perfectly. So I was wondering which of the comply tips would fit me best based on that.

Large biflange tips are pretty big. I'd say your best bet is to use the T-400 Large, as it would be similar length to what you're using now.
