Comply a-100/a-400 tips, Anyone used them?

I have seen almost nothing about these but they look quite interesting. I can't find them on comply's site, but from this link: http://www.hifiheadphones.co.uk/comply-foam-ear-tips-a100-charcoal-5pairs-prodid-1884.html it seems they are attempting to reduce bone conduction (everything you do is amplified) which could be a neat trick if it works.

You may be able to tell i'm skeptical but has anyone tried them?? Do they work?

I mistakenly bought their S version (I think); it has a very similar look. they feel great, but they tend to muck up the sound because the core is recessed and the opening tends to warp very easily when inserting them.
