I've done some research and was looking to get the FiiO E7 DAC/amp. I would see myself using this on a portable device more then anything so I was just wondering of anyone in here has tried running it off a Galaxy S3 and if it requires any other special setup besides stock.

I've heard it works just with a microUSB to microUSB male-male cable.
