As the titlle, did anyone tried both of them and can give the overall opinion or conclusion How about the Detail, Spacious, Imaging, ... and some feature such as bass, treb, mid ? Is the Modi Multibit more "fun" and detailed ? I want to know that because i am really curious the differents and pros of each .

Isn't the dac in the element just an O2 v2? They aren't really in the same class of product afaik. I haven't heard the element, but the Modi Multi is a very good dac. Incredible for its price (use toslink). I would say it's pleasingly forward, being slightly aggressive enough for engagement without being offensive. Not as big on detail as the dacs listed below, but very organic and natural sounding. 
 
I like the modi multibit more than the iFi iDac2, Meridian Director, and HRT Music Streamer HD.
 
Once you hear multibit you might not be able to go back.

The Modi MB is a DAC only. The Element is both, DAC and Amp. So they arent quite comparable.
