I've been browsing the Head Gear section for earbuds, but didn't seem to find too many results and wanted to get some direct comparisons to the Apple Earpods, the only earbuds I have ever tried before. I lost my pair recently, and am looking for a replacement pair under $30 that sounds better than the Earpods. If anyone has tried Earpods and other earbuds, I would love to hear some feedback. Thanks

Sorry I should have specified this before - I'm specifically looking for earbuds that are not IEM's.

Not much by way of comparison to Earpods though I'm afraid.

I would recommend these Nixeus earphones they are not like most IEMs they are shaped in a way that is like a combination of an IEM and a normal earbud. They fit comfortably in the ear and do not fall out. I have both, these Nixeus earbuds, and the apple earpods and I would have to say that the Nixeus earbuds have better bass and clearer mids in my opinion. They are pretty new and they have pretty good reviews so far, I invite you to take a look.

I understand that what I meant was most IEMs I have tried under $30 either do not stay in my ear or are very uncomfortable no matter what size rubber tip I use. These are the first IEMs that actually stay in my ear and are comfortable.
