Okay so a friend ended up sending me a pair of brand new EX300 to replace my XB500 which were way too bassy and made me feel quite faint. Now i like the sound of the EX300 but i can not wear them for more than 30 minutes, it hurts, and how to say it burns also. I am used to having stuff in my ears, since i wear hearing aids, so i don't think its an allergy, perhaps the part that goes into the ear is still too large even though i took the smallest ones. I put them all the way as deep into my ear as i can, is that the right way? Well, i'm not quite sure what to do, i like these earphones so if i can find a solution to make them comfortable it would be much appreciated!

I don't think that they are meant for deep insertion but try Shure black olive foam. I had to stretch out the stem of the foam pieces with needle nose pliers so it could fit. Very comfortable.
