How does the comfort of HD595/555 compare to the comfort of the HD650 ?

They are lighter and more comfortable. They dont clamp down upon the head but thats because they have poorer build quality and everything is plastic.
Who cares...handle them carefully (like you should with every headphone
)and they will feel great...awesome...
especially if you listen for several hours together

The 650s are anything but fatiguing!
As far as comfort, the 595s are a bit more comfortable but it's a matter of degree. The 650s are extremely comfortable, the 595s a bit more so.
