Can't choose between two combos, the:

and

iBasso D2+ Boa - Description

The dilemma is, which of these combos would be better choice for

Sennheiser HD 380 pro - Description

?

well all i can say, are that matching portable amps and mid-fi headphones isnt really that big of a deal. the iBasso has great customer service, as well there are numerous great reviews on the D2+ boa. Some say it drives their HD800 just fine. So i think ur 380s should be fine. I have had the PXC 450s, about the same as the 350 and then same as 380. There isnt extreme improvement from an amp, really, but with the dac as well u should notice it, atleast from a Dell(sorry). And i would recommend u check out if the PXC450 earpads can be fit on the 380, because they are just so much more lush than those the 380 and PXC350 comes with. If u get more money, u can always step up to the D3
