Will the E7 could be useful as amp and dac?

i use them with a c3 + c&c bh amp and yes the overall sound has become better, much tighter / cleaner sound, seperation and bass impact both has increased, highly recomend a cheap amp/ dac combo with the m50 .. it does get better

Which amp would be better value for money? E11 or E7?
I dont really need a dac its only could be bonus
