Hey guys, looking to build a cmoy amp for a good projects, and want to clarify some things. I'm looking to use an NE5532 op amp (paying 5 bucks for 20 of them sounds nice) and I see the large supply voltage range is 3-20V +/-, I take it this is the voltage range I can use to power my op amp? Of so, would this mean I can use a phone battery and implement a charging circuit? Can I also do 2 headphone outs?

I would not bother with a Li-ion charge / power supply circuit and build it for 9V batteries.

You're probably not getting any answers because you could have answered all of your questions. I get four pages of results when searching this forum for "NE5532 cmoy". The voltage question is covered on my site, and battery chargers are not only covered in several places on my site, they come up here regularly, too.
