I'm looking to buy some closed, portable headphones. People mention the HD-25, but I was kinda looking for circumaurals.
Isolation is king here, but I appreciate some bass as well.
 
Source is an unamped zune.
 
Anything around $200 would be great.

Yes, the TMA-1. That's a great headphone, and while it isn't the best sounding headphone for the money, it'll get the job done.

I'm looking for over-ear (I heard they give better isolation).

Over-ear and on-ear can both have a really good seal depending on the headphone. Like the HD-25-1-11 or the DT1350.
