Need a closed headphone for hotel room/backstage/anywhere - mixing/mastering.

Currently using HE1000v2 (with a smidge of eq).

between IEF neutral curve to Harmon. Just no big bumps or holes. Linear. Nice to listen to. Good isolation.

Appreciate your input and suggestions.

I think the VCs aren't super portable and have a little bit of color to their tone which is amazing for listening but maybe not for mixing. Focals like a Stellia are a little bit more internal and come with a carrying case

æon 2 noire as it is portable and follows the Harman curve.
Very comfortable for most and they provide good isolation.

Have only used orig Aeon, but +1 for isolation & comfort- maybe under dt150 as one of the better over-ear headphones for passive isolation.
Portability-wise, I think it needs an amp, but YMMV.

appreciate the replies.
No need to worry about portability. Plenty of room in the suitcase as I spend all my money on guitars and gear so I don't actually have clothes to put in the suitcase!

What are you using to drive them? Probably would want an amp for any planar or ZMFs.
