Hi all!
Need a closed headphone meant for gaming and music. Sound in games is most important, meaning good and punchy bass and soundstage is preferable. Gonna be driven by a schiit Magni/modi - combo.

Im wondering, if beyerdynamic dt770 still is the best buy to suit my demands in this price range? (150-200$)

I own the DT770 80-Ohm and 250-Ohm headphones.
But I prefer the sound of my (semi-open) Soundmagic HP200 headphones.
So you might check out the Soundmagic HP150 (closed) headphones.

Seems interesting. Little concerned about the build quality, as many users are complaining about them breaking after a while.

They also seem very difficult to buy in my country.

for your budget the DT770 would be my favorite closed cans.. I have owned the DT770 Pro 80s for 3yrs

What country are you in?
 
Maybe you could look around and see what make and model of headphones are available and list them in this thread.
Might just end up that the DT770 will come out to be the best choice.
