HD-280 Pro easy to drive and sound fairly neutral can be a little uncomfortable after a few hours but I think they are only $80 now.

HD280 pro as mentioned previously, anything from the Audio Technica M line would also be good

I also dont mind iems, would love some recommendations there. I get the impression 64audio is praised.

The DT770 Pro has a rather sibilant, strident top end, IMO, making it difficult to listen to. I would add the SoundMAGIC HP151 to your list as well. It is well-made and sounds terrific. FWIW. And of course, YMMV.
