New stock of the A950LTD might still be available. It was a special limited edition for the Asia market except Japan.
The new A900Ti was recently announced, I think.
Of the four AT's in your list, I haven't heard the A900. I think the closest to the K701 would be the W5000, based on its details, air and soundstage/headstage size. They sound tonally different, though.
The W5000 has more air and a larger soundstage matched with the AT-HA5000 than other amps I've tried. A recable also might improve details and separation slightly.
I can only comment about the Byerdynamic DT250 and AKG K271
Assuming you like your K701's especially for their soundstage, the K271's may be right up your alley.
Beyerdynamic DT250's don't have that much depth and width and may be too flat and different sounding from what you're used to.
I never auditioned the ATH A900's, but to give you an impression of what to expect in comparison with the AKG K271's:
I almost chose the AKG K271's over my ATH A500's because of their excellent sound-stage and better instrument seperation and although I mainly listen to classical music - the K271's are superb for this type of music - I chose the ATH A500's because of their somewhat warmer and more fluid delivery, the K271's were a tad too analytical for me, lacking a bit of bass as well.
A German review/comparison between the ATH A900's and AKG K271's states
the AKG K271's are better suited for classical, jazz and pop, the ATH A900 better for rock and electronics. http://c67.org/review/k271svsa900/
those closed cans are going to sound different from the open air sound of the k701. i have a pair of the a950LTD and they sound very nice, but the sound stage is quite a bit more limited.
you may want to find somewhere where you can test some closed cans before you make the switch.

That doesn't apply to W5000 though, THAT soundstage is hard to beat.
