Heyo everyone.
 
Planning to use these for gaming purposes, and I will add a ModMic/At2020 for my sound. I play games like csgo, far cry 4, mostly with other people, so I dont want too much bass.
 
My sound card is the SoundBlaster Z.
 
The reason I dont want open is just because I am used to closed, and that Im afraid of sound leakage back into the mic, etc.
 
If a certain type of open headphone is the best, I might take it into consideration.
 
I really like the beyerdynamic line, such as the 770,880, and 990, but people say they are to bassy and not great for gaming, compared to other headphones In their price range.
 
So, what do you suggest?

K550 or DT990 are great choices. What's wrong with bass again? I think a sufficient thump adds to the immersion of the game (explosions feel like explosions).
