Searched and found a thread from 2009, but is there any SQ difference between the two? I would rockbox either and  add an SDHC card, so internal storage isn't an issue. Also not concerned with album art. Which is your preference? And what's your opinion on SQ compared to the iPhone 4/4S?
 
Side-note: I was about to pull the trigger on an Altmann Tera-Player, but came to my senses. Will be running IE80s exclusively.

I haven't tried the Clip+ and don't know about SQ differences, but I have the Fuze+ and its touchpad is far too laggy and unresponsive to use it confortably.Even if the Clip had far worse sound quality, it would still be worth it for its real buttons.Seriously, never buy a Fuze+.

I have the original Fuzes, which I love. 
I've heard the Fuze+ had some issues, so haven't tried one.
I also have Clips, Clip+'s, and a ClipZip.
Those, as well as the Fuzes, all sound very VERY similar to me.....which is great.
I love my Sansas!
